How to Expand Your Farm
More land needs more than an unlock payment. Durian Garden farm expansion gives you room to grow your operation, but you also need money for trees and time to handle the extra harvest. In the Roblox tester build, one additional farm area costs 5,000 in-game currency.
Start with that purchase price, then budget for what you intend to plant. Rubber trees cost 1,500 each, so spending your entire balance on land leaves you without the cash to stock it.
Follow this purchase order:
- Harvest your existing durians, load your truck, and sell them.
- Keep money aside for the trees you want to buy.
- Unlock the additional farm area priced at 5,000.
- Buy your trees and plant them in a compatible plot.
- Water them and keep harvesting your existing orchard while they develop.
Check the price on the area you are opening rather than applying that 5,000 figure to every expansion.

Change the Plot Type Before Planting Rubber
Buying land and choosing what it can grow are separate parts of setting up your farm. The plot controls include a Change plot type button, which matters when a rubber tree will not plant in the selected area.

Use that control to switch to a compatible plot type, then plant your rubber trees. Start with a small purchase instead of filling the entire expansion immediately; each tree adds another 1,500 to your setup costs.
Rubber also adds work beyond planting and waiting. Trees need watering, tapping involves following a cutting line, and latex collects before you can gather it. Keep harvesting durians during that wait so your original orchard continues bringing in money.
Avoid spending everything just to fill empty spaces. Leave yourself enough cash to respond when the seed shop restocks something you want.
Budget for Workers Without Expecting Automatic Harvests
A larger planted area means more watering. Noi can help with that job, and hiring this worker costs 6,000 in the tester gameplay.
The hiring payment is only part of the expense: workers also request salary payments. Keep money available for upkeep rather than treating the initial fee as the entire cost.
Noi waters trees but does not harvest your ripe durians. Plan to keep handling these tasks yourself:
- Harvesting fruit from your trees.
- Loading produce into your pickup.
- Driving your harvest to sell.
- Tapping rubber trees and collecting latex.
Hire watering help when that task is taking time away from harvesting and selling. If ripe fruit is already piling up, clear that harvest before adding more trees.
Protect a Bigger Harvest During The Purge
Expansion increases the amount of produce you need to watch. Nighttime theft is part of the game, so include farm protection in your plans alongside planting and watering.
Keep these multiplayer conditions in mind:
- Servers hold up to 8 players.
- The Purge allows durian theft and makes protecting your farm part of the farming loop.
Collect valuable fruit and take it to sell rather than letting a large harvest accumulate while you shop. Give Gold, Diamond, and Rainbow mutations particular attention when deciding what to harvest next.
Watch your timing around nightfall. A trip away from home creates an opening for another player to enter your orchard, especially when ripe durians are still hanging on the trees.
Read the Rebirth Prompt Before Investing More
Rebirth offers bigger profits, but it also removes your current money. Read its prompt before committing, especially if you are saving toward another plot or an expensive seed.
Avoid redeeming cash rewards immediately before a rebirth you already intend to perform. Keep your expansion purchase and rebirth decision together when planning your next spending session, so you do not build a cash reserve only to lose it in the reset.
